User Agreement / Terms and Conditions

Online Course and One-on-One Coaching Sessions

This Agreement is entered into on the date of purchase ­­­­­­­­­­by and between Rebecca Karlin of PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH and You, the Buyer.

I. Whereas PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH is engaged in the business of teaching American English, intending to help individuals to improve their level of English fluency in business, and whereas you desire to engage the expertise of PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH in the form of webinars, audio/visual presentations, and/or personal coaching and evaluation, both parties agree as follows:

II. PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH agrees to provide you with an Online Course and/or One-on-One Coaching Sessions.

III. The Course is designed to take 3 to 4 months to complete; the exact duration will depend on the Buyer.

IV. The Program Fee is structured as follows:

i. Payment in full is required, due prior to the Course delivery.

V. By entering into this Agreement, you agree and understand that:

A. You are agreeing to pay PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH as outlined above.

B. You grant PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH the right to use, broadcast, distribute, and exhibit in any form your name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, and video as related to your participation in the Course.

C. You commit and agree to complete all lessons and assignments in the Course to the best of your ability.

D. You agree to attend all scheduled Coaching Sessions included in the Course (if applicable to your purchase).

E. You acknowledge that achieving results requires focus, energy, determination, and commitment, and You agree to take full responsibility for your own success.

F. Perfect Business English has a No Refund Policy.

G. Rebecca Karlin has your best interests at heart and is committed to doing her best to help you to achieve your desired outcome.

By purchasing the PERFECT BUSINESS ENGLISH Online Course and/or One-on-One Coaching Sessions, you acknowledge that:

1. You have read this agreement.

2. You understand it.

3. You accept and agree to its terms.
